Reporting a QR code issue

To help us reproduce and fix a suspected encoding problem quickly, please include:

The generator you were using (for example, "WiFi QR Code — WPA network")
The exact values you entered
What happened when you scanned the code, and what you expected
The scanning device and app, if the problem looks scanner-specific

Confirmed issues are corrected in the encoding engine and covered by a new automated test so they cannot recur silently. See our methodology page for how GenerateQRCodes.net generators are built and verified.

What we cannot help with

GenerateQRCodes.net cannot recover a lost WiFi password, unlock a device, or troubleshoot your network or scanner hardware. For issues with a specific phone or router, consult its manufacturer's support.
